Steven McDermott Managing Director

Steven is a narrow-vein mining expert, specializing in underground mine development, production, and mine restarts. Steven has over 15 years experience in mining, including at the Renison tin mine as Project Manager and Mine Superintendent.

He is a co-founder of Spero Mining Pty Ltd, the precursor to Noble Metals.

Jeffrey Le Compte Non-Executive Director

Jeffrey has over 40 years experience as an accountant, corporate adviser, management consultant, educator, and public company director. He has a wide network of contacts and relationships in a variety of sectors.

John Percival Non-Executive Director

John has over 35 years experience in investment markets gained principally at Barclays Bank.

He also has extensive experience in mining and resources, including as a Director and Executive of Goldsearch Limited (ASX: GSE) from 1995 to 2014 and a Director of Musgrave Metals (ASX: MGV) from 2010 to 2024.
